An Easy-Implemented On-Chip Waveguide Coupled Single Photon Source Based on Self-Assembled Quantum Dots Membrane

In recent years, many groups and institutions have been committed to the research of integrated quantum photonic circuit technologies, which key components are waveguide coupled single photon sources. this study, we propose an on-chip waveguide-coupled source that is easily implemented as directly made from dot membrane. order scatter light out plane into detection apparatus, grating output couplers at both ends waveguide. The statistics were investigated by second-order correlation function g(2)(τ) measurements using a Hanbury Brown Twiss interferometer. From spectra cross-correlation experiments collecting emission point coupler, emitting photons same propagating via was confirmed. These results show achieved circuits.
